How we build and evolve the platform
We spent years consulting before we ever wrote a line of code for ResilePlans. The platform is what came out of that experience, plus a lot of trial and error with AI.
Consulting background
Before building the platform, our team worked directly with startups, students, and small businesses, writing and reviewing hundreds of real business plans along the way.
Identifying the bottleneck
Most of that time went into structure, formatting, and repetitive analysis. Barely any of it went into actual strategic thinking.
Designing a hybrid approach
Rather than replace the experts, we built tools to assist them. Routine work gets automated; the judgment calls stay with a person.
